How do you handle shipping?
We will send you an account number so you can login as
a member and you'll be able to order directly from our website
, the appropriate shipping charges for every item will be
calculated . When
you make a sale we will request payment for the drop ship
price of products sold plus shipping & handling. You
will simply be passing along the shipping costs. We
will pack the order with your return address (supplied to
us by you) on the labels.
What types
of shipping do
you offer?
For domestic shipments
we ship USPS Priority
Mail. For larger
orders will ship
UPS Ground.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We will ship USPS Global Priority
where available, or parcel post anywhere else.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Glendale, AZ 85303.
How long do you take to process orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment
receipt from the reseller. We make our best efforts to
ship orders the next business day when possible.
Do you charge a drop ship fee?
No, we do not charge a drop ship fee.
What is your return policy?
If an item you ordered from CHIDDO does not meet your
customer's expectations they can return it by mail within
30 days of shipment. chiddo will credit the sale to
our customer only for the original amount of the drop ship
order. Customers are responsible for return shipping
costs.
Do you give volume discounts?
Any orders over 36 shirts qualify for our Wholesale
Discounting Program. If your customer has a specific request for a
bulk order, please forward along the request and we will
quote you the discounted price. You may charge your customer
as you see fit.
Can we use the pictures and descriptions from your
site?
Yes, please feel to use the pictures and descriptions from
CHIDDO's website. To use a picture, right click on a picture
and click "Save As". Please do not hotlink
.To use a description from our website, simply highlight
the text then right click and click copy.
How can make sure the products on your site are
in stock?
Anytime a product in our inventory is running low we will
send you a notice. For quick selling items we may send
you a notice when our inventory falls below 10 pieces, for
example. For slower selling items we may not send a notice
until there is 5 pieces left.
When you run out of an item how long does it take
you to restock it?
Generally if we unexpectedly run out it could take 2 weeks
to restock. We usually avoid this.
